With such impressive growth and evolving needs, it was clear that a traditional paper-based Operations Manual was no longer fit for purpose.

We spoke to Cheryl Harper, Managing Director at Greensleeves, about why she chose to partner with The Ops Portal (TOP):
I met Louise via the BFA while completing my QFP. As part of the QFP, I knew I wanted to digitise our Operations Manual—it had outgrown its paper format. I asked around for recommendations, and Louise offered to help… the rest is history!
The Process
Louise Harris took the original Greensleeves manual as a foundation and worked closely with Cheryl to create The Hub — a bespoke online portal that captures everything needed to run a Greensleeves franchise. From hiring and operations to ordering uniforms, The Hub is a single, centralised resource.
Over the past two years, Greensleeves has undergone a transformation, including a brand refresh and updated digital interfaces for customers. Keeping these changes aligned in a static paper manual—or even scattered digital documents—would have been challenging.
